Leading personal injury and clinical negligence law firm, Fletchers Group, has announced a series of key promotions, appointing six senior professionals as heads of office across its UK locations. The move underscores the firm’s commitment to leadership development and enhancing its service quality for clients nationwide.

The newly promoted office heads are Michelle Heyes, Saima Mazhar, Gillian Lakes, Tim Moulton, Claire Hutchinson, and Emma Semwayo. Each has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise within their respective fields, making them well-positioned to take on these critical roles.

In their new positions, the office heads will oversee day-to-day operations, support staff welfare, and uphold Fletchers’ values and culture. They will also serve as figureheads for their offices, playing a vital role in raising the profile of the firm in their respective regions.

Among the appointments:

  • Saima Mazhar, partner and head of clinical negligence, will take the helm of the Manchester office. Having joined Fletchers in 2017, Mazhar has played a crucial role in developing the firm’s clinical negligence practice and spearheading equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
