Emily Mills and Fleur van der Ende join Allianz UK to drive innovation and service excellence

Allianz UK has bolstered its commercial strategy and customer experience team with two new appointments, reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Emily Mills has returned to Allianz UK from KPMG as head of continuous improvement. Emily brings a wealth of expertise in insurance transformation and continuous improvement, with a focus on embedding data-driven processes that will drive operational efficiency across Allianz UK Commercial. Her role will ensure the business remains at the cutting edge of industry innovation and service delivery.

Joining Emily is Fleur van der Ende, appointed as head of customer experience. Fleur’s extensive experience in commercial strategy and customer experience will play a key role in shaping Allianz UK’s commitment to providing exceptional value to its commercial customers. Fleur will oversee the continuous enhancement of customer interactions and help strengthen Allianz UK’s position as a customer-centric organisation.
