MB&G Insurance Services implements DWF 360 claims management technology

Insurance and warranty provider MB&G Warranty Insurance Services has chosen DWF 360’s claims management software, EvoClaim, to improve its customers’ end-to-end claims journey.

MB&G is a provider of a wide selection of insurance warranty services covering products such as cars, motorhomes, holiday homes and GAP.

With its existing systems and processes being laboriously inefficient, the provider wanted to implement new technologies to help manage and improve the end-to-end claims journey for its customers and reduce the operational cost of claims management. 

MB&G selected EvoClaim, developed by DWF 360, the risk software provider of law firm DWF, as its choice of claims management software for its ease of use, flexibility, adaptability, automation, security and cloud capabilities.

DWF’s long-standing experience in the insurance sector and knowledge of insurance products and terminology were also key factors of consideration.  

Since EvoClaim has been implemented, 100% of customer contact is automated, which has led to a fall in service level complaints, reduction in operation cost and improvements in claims processing experience.
